MRLing's fully automated brake disc inspection cell — a modular, multi-station system integrating dynamic balancing, NDT (eddy current and natural frequency), dimensional gauging and marking, with automatic roller conveyors at the front and rear.
The M150 is a fully automated, five-station brake disc inspection cell built on a modular architecture. Dynamic balancing, NDT (eddy current and natural frequency), dimensional gauging and marking can be freely combined — any three of these functions form the internal inspection stations, with fully automatic roller conveyors configured at the front and rear.
The cell includes closed-loop dynamic balancing, 9 simultaneous eddy current flaw detection sensors, dynamic relative dimensional measurement with 11 standard measuring points, and pneumatic pin or laser marking. Covering discs from 255mm to 450mm OD and up to 85mm part height, it runs on a 45kW supply with 4–6 bar air and weighs 6t.
Balancing, NDT, dimensional gauging and marking integrate into a high-density multi-station cell — any three functions form three internal stations.
Unbalance measurement, automated milling correction and final audit execute within a single station.
Nine flaw detection sensors operate simultaneously, including disc surface scanning.
Both accelerometer and microphone sensors can be used for sampling.
Dynamic relative measurement with 11 standard measuring points covering nearly all critical parameters for stable runout and DTV results.
Standard pneumatic pin or laser marking; optional laser QR code marking available on request.
