The M50-11 is a comprehensive brake disc measurement system with 11 measurement probes, capturing up to 30 parameters in one cycle. It measures upper and lower face runout, disc thickness variation (DTV) and boss face runout — the parameters that most directly affect braking vibration and noise.
Covering disc diameters from 255mm to 360mm, the M50-11 runs on a 220V 5kW supply with 4–6 bar air and weighs 1.5t. It supports manual, robot or truss manipulator loading, and can be optionally equipped with DTV multi-order analysis and NVH analysis for deeper insight into noise and vibration characteristics.
