The XYLD-30-4P-10 is a fully automatic balancing machine for brake discs, combining unbalance measurement with vertical or disc milling correction in a single cycle. It handles workpieces up to 30kg and 300mm in diameter, at a balancing speed of 500-800 r/min.
Unbalance is measured in 6-10 seconds and corrected by milling at a depth of 3-4mm and an arc angle of 70-90°, reducing unbalance by 90% to a residual level of 1 g·mm/kg. The machine runs on an external AC 380V supply with 0.4-0.6 MPa air; balancing motor 2.8kW, milling motor 5.5kW, total machine power 15kW. Non-standard customization is available.
Measures unbalance at 500-800 r/min, with each measurement taking 6-10 seconds.
Vertical or disc milling removes material to correct unbalance, 3-4mm deep at a 70-90° arc angle.
Reduces unbalance by 90%, achieving a residual unbalance down to 1 g·mm/kg.
