From April 21 to 25, 2026, MRLing joined the 14th China International Machine Tool Show (CCMT 2026) at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. Our team welcomed many visitors at booth W1-B312 and talked about quality control on the production line.
At the booth we showed the MRL-M150 brake disc inspection machine. It works with five measuring stations and checks the key features of a brake disc in one automatic cycle, so it can be used directly in the production line.
Next to it stood our precision shaft measuring machine. It is flexible and can measure many types of shafts. It works with high accuracy, it is built for harsh workshop environments, and it needs no master calibration parts. This makes daily use simple and saves time on the shop floor.
The most important news: for the first time, we showed our new gear single flank tester. It rolls a gear against a master gear and measures the transmission error. With this machine, MRLing now offers complete gear testing together with our double flank testers.
