Dual-Station Brake Drum Measuring Machine
MRLing's dual-station brake drum measuring machine — one station performs dynamic measurement of inner and outer diameter, runout and perpendicularity, while the second performs static measurement of bolt hole position.
The MA20-3 is a dual-station brake drum measuring machine. Station 1 performs dynamic measurement — inner and outer diameter, runout and perpendicularity — while Station 2 performs static measurement of bolt hole position. Together they cover 10 measurement items.
The machine measures 1430mm wide and 1700mm high, with a robot loading height of 950-1050mm for integration into automatic lines. A master part station provides a calibration reference. Side and front views are shown below.
Measures inner and outer diameter, runout and perpendicularity with the part rotating.
Measures bolt hole position (position tolerance) with the part stationary.
Measures the diameter of the centre bore.
Evaluates roundness of the centre bore.
Measures mounting face thickness at two positions (items 3 and 4).
Checks the flatness of the mounting face.
Measures inner brake runout at upper and lower positions (items 5 to 8).
Measures runout of the mounting face.
