Brake Disc Inspection Machine
MRLing's precision brake disc inspection machine measuring upper and lower face runout, DTV (disc thickness variation) and boss face runout — with flexible manual, robot or truss manipulator loading.
The M50-3 measures upper and lower face runout, disc thickness variation (DTV) and boss face runout on brake discs — the three parameters that most directly affect braking vibration and noise. Its flexible loading design supports manual, robot and truss manipulator feeding to match any production layout.
Covering disc diameters from 255mm to 360mm, the M50-3 runs on a 220V 5kW supply with 4–6 bar air. It can be optionally equipped with DTV multi-order analysis and NVH analysis for deeper insight into noise and vibration characteristics.
Measures upper and lower disc face runout with high repeatability.
Detects disc thickness variation — a leading cause of brake judder and vibration.
Verifies boss face runout to ensure accurate mounting and wheel alignment.
Manual, robot or truss manipulator loading to fit manual, semi-auto or fully automated lines.
Adds multi-order DTV decomposition for advanced noise and vibration diagnostics.
Adds noise, vibration and harshness analysis to screen discs for brake squeal risk.
