The gear double flank tester supports automatic robot loading and unloading for 100% fully automated in-line gauging. Measurement is dynamic, and its modular fixture architecture allows rapid model changeover between different workpiece types.
Automatic journal datum precision compensation keeps results accurate, and the machine supports both spur gears and helical gears. It is equipped with Grade-4 master gears. Workpiece categories include disc gears, shaft gears, differential cases with reducer gear and internal ring gears. Typical delivery is 8 to 12 weeks.
