The EV motor shaft final inspection machine is a fully automatic measuring machine for motor shafts, designed for robot or gantry loading and unloading with a cycle time under 45 seconds. It measures diameters at each position (maximum, minimum and average), roundness and cylindricity, coaxiality and runout (A-B), axial dimensions, face runout (A-B) and groove width.
Its unique modular floating design can be reconfigured for new parts similar to the existing ones. Dynamic measurement covers roundness, runout, face runout and OD waviness analysis.
