Dynamic Measurement, NG Sorting and Laser Marking
A fully automatic final inspection machine for crankshafts — dynamic measurement of every journal, form and position parameter, with NG part sorting, laser marking and a 60-second cycle time.
The fully automatic final inspection machine for crankshafts dynamically measures all parameters — 5 main journals (3 sections), 4 pin journals, flange journal and post end (2 sections) — checking runout, roundness, cylindricity, barreling and thrust width. Measurement is fully automatic, including NG part sorting and laser marking.
Manual, robot or truss loading is supported for 100% unmanned final inspection, and auto-calibration performs fully automatic zero-calibration by adjustable time or cycle intervals. For pin journal diameter changes within 4mm, zero mechanical adjustment is needed — simply swap the master part. Cycle time is 60 seconds per part, drastically reducing labour costs.
Includes NG part sorting and laser marking in the same cell.
