Overview

The XYLD-100-4P-10 is a fully automatic balancing machine for brake drums, combining unbalance measurement with vertical or horizontal drilling correction in a single cycle. It handles workpieces up to 100kg and 500mm in diameter, at a balancing speed of 500-800 r/min.

Unbalance is measured in 10-15 seconds and corrected by drilling 8mm deep in about 4 seconds, with an average cycle time of 90 seconds — reducing unbalance by 90% to a residual level of 2 g·mm/kg. The machine runs on an external AC 380V supply with 0.4-0.6 MPa air; balancing motor 4.4kW, drilling motor 2.2kW, total machine power 15kW. Non-standard customization is available.
